Provisional dates can be held under an 'inquiry' status for up to two weeks. But if another inquiry is made for the same date you will be asked to confirm your booking.

Once you make a booking you will be invoiced for the deposit. You must pay the full amount at least one month before the hiring period starts or immediately if the event takes place within two months of your booking.

We will send full details of our terms and conditions, including cancellation fees with your deposit invoice or whenever you request them.

Hirers do not have sole rights for any type of event or sole occupancy rights.
